Green Goddess Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon (15 oz.)
    1/2 c. cucumber, diced and peeled
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    2 avocados, halved, peeled and seeded
    crisp salad greens
    bottled Green Goddess dressing
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Combine with cucumber and green pepper. Arrange avocado halves on 4 small plates lined with salad greens. Spoon in salmon mix; garnish with tomato slices and olives.
    Serve with dressing.
