Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour until well blended.
    Chop tomatoes and add to flour mixture.
    Cook until thick.
    Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
    Gradually add hot milk; cook and stir until boiling point is reached.
    Remove from heat.
    Good served over rice.
