Chicken In A Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/3 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, (undrained)
Preparation

In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken.
Drain well. Add onion soup mix blended with the water and tomatoes.
Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
