Bernice'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. self-rising flour (preferred)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. coarsely grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add oil and mix well.
    Add eggs and vanilla next; blend thoroughly.
    Add carrots and nuts last. Batter is enough for a 13 x 9-inch pan or three 8-inch pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May or may not need frosting; it's your choice.
