Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. sliced zucchini squash
    2 grated carrots
    1 grated medium onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Melt butter; mix in stuffing mix.
    Parboil squash; drain.
    Mix squash with carrots, onions, sour cream and soup and 1/2 of stuffing.
    Spread in a casserole dish; sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
