Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 to 2/3 c. evaporated milk or heavy cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Add butter, cream cheese and 1/3 cup milk or cream. Mix on low speed. Add remaining ingredients. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
