Vinegar Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. red vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar or Equal
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pie crust (top and bottom)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch; set aside.
    Bring vinegar and water to a boil.
    Stir in sugar mixture and cook until thickened.
    Pour mixture into crust-lined pie pan.
    Place top crust on top and cut a few holes in it.
    Bake until top crust is golden brown.
