No Guilt Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red potatoes, cooked, unpared and cubed
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. reduced calorie Ranch dressing (25 calories per Tbsp.)
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    dash of salt and pepper
    chopped egg (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate several hours.
    (May also add chopped egg.)
    Before serving, add more dressing to moisten salad well.
    Yields 2 servings.
