Breakfast Casserole(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 eggs
    1 c. wine
    2 1/2 c. Cheddar
    1 c. ground meat
    3 to 4 c. croutons (any flavor)
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and drain.
    Beat eggs separately.
    Add all ingredients together in bowl.
    Spray casserole dish, 9 x 14-inch, with Pam and pour in dish.
    Cover with foil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour, until brown.
