Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix eggs and sugar; stir in milk.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Add flour.
Drop from funnel into a pan of lard or oil.
Fry until golden brown.
