Caramel And Fruit Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. butterscotch chips
    3 to 4 tsp. vinegar
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt together in double boiler until melted.
    (Mixture will be thick.)
    Serve with green apples.
