Italian Garden Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. loose sausage (hot or mild)
2 medium fresh zucchini
3 fresh tomatoes
2 medium fresh green peppers
1/2 pkg. small frozen onions, thawed
1 (4 oz.) jar whole mushrooms
2 c. seasoned croutons
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Crumble and fry sausage lightly to remove grease.
Drain and set aside.
Cube zucchini. Cut peppers into squares after removing centers and seeds.
Cook zucchini and peppers in salt water until crisp-tender, about 6 minutes.
Drain.
