Susie'S Antipasta Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, converted or boil-in-bag rice
    1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
    1 1/4 c. assorted deli meats (such as turkey, ham or salami)
    1/4 c. diced cheese
    1/4 c. black olives
    1 c. sliced vegetables (such as green peppers or green onions)
    2/3 c. chopped tomatoes
    salad dressing
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook rice and let cool.
    Add next 6 ingredients; toss together.
    Add salad dressing and mushrooms.
    Makes 4 main dishes.
