Chicken Curry Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 slices white sandwich bread
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    2 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread slices.
    Roll bread lightly with rolling pin to flatten slightly.
    Combine chicken, onion, mayonnaise and salt.
    Spread filling over bread.
    Roll up each slice like a jelly roll.
    Heat butter with curry powder until melted.
    Brush over rolls.
    Arrange rolls in shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 about 10 minutes, until rich golden brown.
    Serve hot.
    Untoasted rolls may be covered with foil and stored in refrigerator for later use.
