Banana Nut Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 sticks oleo
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mashed bananas

Preparation

Cream oleo until fluffy.
Add sugar and eggs; stir.
Add vanilla, bananas, salt, soda and flour; stir.
Add nuts.
This will be very thick.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Spoon in mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Check at 1 hour and 15 minutes.
