Chicken Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
6 drops Louisiana hot sauce
1 lb. chicken (boneless and skinless), cut in cubes
1 onion, cut in strips
1 green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation

Brown chicken in oil until done.
Saute onion and green pepper along with chicken.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
