Lena'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. chicken tenders, shredded
    1/2 c. fat-free yogurt (plain)
    1 celery rib, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Lite mayonnaise
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. raw carrot, chopped
    1 tsp. to Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or balsamic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    This is good for low calorie and fat grams.
