Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey/chicken breast
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. tomato sauce
    2 pkg. chili seasoning
    4 c. water
    2 c. beans (optional)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; brown the meat.
    Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the chili has thickened.
    Serve.
    This will serve 8 people; 160 calories and 2 grams of fat per serving.
