Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. apple juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture, blending until slightly lumpy.
