Tabasco-Roquefort French Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. vegetable salad oil
1/2 c. lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. Roquefort cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in covered jar; shake well before using.
Makes 1 1/4 cups dressing.
Wonderful on mixed greens, tomatoes and cucumbers or potato salad.
