Jiffy Hash Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 to 1 c. diced potatoes
    2 pie shells
    1 to 2 eggs
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 to 1 c. diced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook onions and potatoes, then remove from pan.
    Scramble and cook hamburger meat, then mix onions and potatoes with the hamburger meat.
    Place mixture in one pie shell.
    Cover with second pie shell and seal the edges.
    Do not slash.
    Brush on a mixture of egg and water.
    Place on cookie sheet in middle of oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
