Fiesta Zucchini Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 c. mild picante sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Drain shredded zucchini by gently pressing between layers of paper towel.
    Combine zucchini and next four ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients.
    Add to zucchini mixture and toss gently.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serves 6.
