Mexican Luncheon Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. diced onions
    diced jalapeno peppers to taste
    1 c. diced green peppers
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute sausage in skillet until brown; drain off excess drippings.
    Add onions, jalapeno peppers and green pepper.
    Saute until onion is transparent.
    Add macaroni, tomatoes, sour cream, milk, sugar, chili powder and salt.
    Cover.
    Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
    Yields about 8 servings.
