Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. deboned chicken
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 big bag Doritos
    8 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Pull chicken apart in small pieces. Mix soups, Ro-Tel and broth; mix well.
    Cover bottom of casserole dish with crushed Doritos.
    Layer 1 cup chicken, half of onions, half of soup mixture and half of cheese.
    Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
