Devils Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, unbeaten
    2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix shortening, milk, and flavoring; add in the dry mixture and mix well. Beat in the eggs; pour into 2 greased and floured pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
