Keith'S Sausage And Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
8 oz. cooked ziti, drained
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella, shredded
Preparation

Cook sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is brown and vegetables tender.
Drain off excess fat.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper and oregano.
Stir in cooked ziti.
Turn half the ziti mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Top with half cheese.
Add remaining ziti mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese.
Heat 5 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8.
