Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pared, grated sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 c. white or brown sugar
    1 c. rich milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat
    the
    eggs until light.
    Add to grated sweet potatoes. Gradually add sugar.
    Stir in milk and rest of ingredients.
    Place the pudding in a greased baking dish.
    Bake in a moderate\toven at\t350\u00b0
    for
    about 1/2 hour.
    Stir it with a spoon.
    Bake
    it 15\tminutes
    longer.
    Serve
    it with whipped cream, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
