Japanese Fruit Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. raisins
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut (flake)
    1 c. pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 2.
