Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    Texas Pete hot sauce to taste
    black pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. cold water
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size chunks.
    Place in plastic bag.
    Add other ingredients and seal bag.
    Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
    Drain chicken.
    Heat oil in skillet to medium-hot. Stir-fry chicken with vegetables of choice until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Mix cornstarch with cold water. Stir into chicken mixture.
    Cook until thickened. Serve with cooked rice.
