Waldorf Salad(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. diced apples (about 2 small apples)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or fat-free plain yogurt
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. coarsely chopped English walnuts

Preparation

Wash, quarter, core and pare apples, then dice.
Soak diced apples in water and lemon juice to prevent apples turning dark. Mix thoroughly with mayonnaise or yogurt.
Add sliced celery, salt and coarsely chopped English walnuts.
Toss with a fork to coat all ingredients with the mayonnaise or yogurt.
Arrange on lettuce leaves.
