Beef Tips In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. beef tips
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. Crisco
2 c. water
enough flour to coat beef tips

Preparation

Cover beef tips in flour and brown in 2 tablespoons of Crisco. Cover tips with onion soup mix.
Add flour to water and pour over tips.
Let simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Can be served over rice.
