Imperial Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 small clove garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
paprika
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Dip each breast in milk; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine butter, garlic and lemon juice; drizzle over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until tender.
Yields 6 servings.
