Oriental Chicken Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sesame spaghetti
    4 Tbsp. sesame oil, divided
    3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, cubed in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 bunch scallions, sliced
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into strips
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/3 c. cilantro
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. tamari (soy sauce)
    3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp. hot chili oil
    3 Tbsp. ginger root, minced
    1/3 c. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Toss one half of sesame oil with cold, cooked spaghetti.
    Stir in chicken, scallions, cucumber, water chestnuts and chopped cilantro (no stems).
    Set aside.
