Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    2 lb. frozen hash browned potatoes
Preparation
    Mix all well.
    Bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
    Could be topped with buttered crushed cornflakes before baking.
