Turkey Breast Scallopini With Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices turkey breast (1 1/2 lb.)
    salt and pepper (fresh ground) to taste
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 tsp. oregano (dried)
    1/4 can crushed tomatoes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place turkey between wax paper and pound until 1/4-inch thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; dredge through flour and pat lightly.
