Cracklin Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. self-rising corn meal
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 c. crisp cracklins
3 Tbsp. cooking oil or butter
Preparation

Sift corn meal and flour together.
Mix egg and milk and add to dry ingredients.
Mix well and add cracklins.
Bake in greased pan in 425\u00b0 oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
