Ingredients

1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O coconut cream pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Combine pudding mix and milk in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl; blend well.
Cook on High for 3 minutes.
Stir well and cook for 2 minutes longer, then stir again and cook 1 minute or until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir in orange juice and rind.
Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
Chill.
