Egg And Pickle Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of salt (optional)
    4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
    1 c. finely chopped sweet pickles
Preparation
    Bring water, dried onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt to boiling. Add potatoes.
    Cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Drain well; cool slightly.
