Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
salt to taste
1 lb. hamburger
Ortega peppers
Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Pour half of mixture into a baking dish.
Put in raw hamburger, Ortega peppers and cheese. Cover with rest of cornbread mixture and cheese.
Bake 1 hour.
