Strawberry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 graham cracker pie crusts
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk (not evaporated)
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Add can of condensed milk. Beat with mixer.
Beat the eggs.
Add the lemon juice and egg mixture to condensed milk and cream cheese mixture.
Beat until smooth. Pour into 2 pie crusts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
Top with 2 cans strawberry filling.
You may prefer to use fresh strawberries.
