Three Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sweet milk, scalded
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/3 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
Preparation
    Combine sugar and shortening in large bowl.
    Add the scalded milk.
    When the mixture is cool, add the yeast and salt.
    Stir thick with flour.
    Let rise 2 hours, roll and shape into rolls. Raise 1 hour and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Makes about 18 rolls.
