Creamy Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 to 2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Advance Preparation: Put down generous amounts of waxed paper over thickness of newspaper on counter. Have a cup of water with 1 large ice cube to test soft-ball stage available.
