5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew
    4 carrots
    4 celery stalks
    3 tsp. tapioca (1 minute)
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 potatoes
    1 onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    can of tomato juice or V-8 juice
Preparation
    Place meat
    and
    vegetables
    in
    baking dish.
    Sprinkle tapioca, salt and sugar, then pour on tomato juice.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
