Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked, boned chicken
    4 c. cooked quick rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. chives
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Combine soups and broth; boil.
    Remove from heat and add chives, mushrooms and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
    Spoon 1/2 rice into dish, top with 1/2 chicken and pour 1/2 sauce over it.
    Repeat steps.
    Top with pimentos.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cover with foil while baking.
