Applesauce Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    2/3 c. applesauce (unseasoned)
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Beat egg with milk, add stuffing; let stand 5 minutes or until stuffing mix is soft.
    Beat until smooth and fluffy.
    Add meat, applesauce, onion, salt and pepper.
    Make into small balls.
