Double Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. diced apples
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream butter
    and
    brown
    sugar
    until smooth.\tBeat in eggs, one at
    a time.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Stir into butter mixture.
    Stir in apples, applesauce, raisins and nuts. Dough
    should
    be
    stiff.
    Spoon into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and
    spread
    evenly.

    for 35 to 45 minutes or until
    cake
    shrinks
    from sides of pan and springs back when lightly touched.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Serve warm.
