Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1 pinch of sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onions and chili powder.
    After beef is browned, add tomato soup and water and kidney beans; stir.
    Then add sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer on low for 15 minutes.
