Vegetable Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes, diced fine
    1 cucumber, peeled and chopped fine
    1 small onion, peeled and chopped fine
    1 c. celery, peeled and chopped fine
    1 pkg. plain gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chop vegetables and drain on paper towels; mix gelatin in cold water and let set, then dissolve in boiling water. Mix salt, mayonnaise and gelatin mixture. Stir in vegetables; put in refrigerator at least 5 hours or overnight. Serve on whole wheat, whole grain or your choice of bread.
