Jello Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced peaches
    1 c. sugar
    6 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 small box peach jello
Preparation
    Bring sugar, cornstarch, jello and water to a boil.
    Liquid will turn clear and should stick to a spoon.
    Add peaches.
    Pour into a prebaked 9 inch pie shell (may use deep dish).
    Refrigerate until jelled.
    Serve with Cool Whip on top.
    Other fruit (such as strawberries) may be used as well, with matching jello.
