Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. celery flakes
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour and brown in butter.
    Remove chicken. Stir soup, seasonings and water into butter.
    Stir well and bring to a boil.
    Spread dry rice in 1 3/4-quart shallow casserole. Pour all but 1/3 of soup over rice.
    Top with chicken and rest of soup.
    Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
